Lady Boss special sessions
Lady Boss Virtual is not your traditional networking group. At Lady Boss, we broach meaningful topics in a short amount of time as a way to connect and network.
The topics this year have included Uncertainty, Vision, Resistance, Anti-racism, Equity, Playing, Resilience, Alignment, and Adapting.
We want to go deeper on a couple of these topics; Equity & Adapting. If you are wondering how you can level up your white allyship as we move into the new year, these sessions are for you. We want to harness the power and courage of women to be in a safe dialogue to create change in our lives and our community. We want to elevate the conversation above the noise of this year so we can see possibility. This is a time to Opt In.
On November 13th and December 11th, Sarah McNally – Founder of Lady Boss Virtual and Carole Burton, Founder & Podcast Host of Radiance Resources and Radiance Real Talk Podcast will host two special Lady Boss Sessions on Equity and Adapting. These sessions will follow the Lady Boss format of topic and breakouts to network, but we will meet for 90 minutes to go deeper. To reflect. To ask more questions. To activate and meet more people.
Outcomes of the session are:
· An opportunity to dialogue with women who are committed to their allyship
· Networking through deep connections
· Insights into personal triggers and bias in order to level up and move forward in your allyship
· Ideas on how to build a Daily Equity Practice
